WEDJ Golf Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with WEDJ Golf. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our updated return and refund policy below:
Time Frame
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
- For items found to be faulty or not as described, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund, repair, or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
- Faulty or Damaged Items: You can return items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described for a full refund or replacement.
- Size Exchanges: If your product doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item in a different size or an item of the same price.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 14 days, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
- All returned items must be folded and packed with the original packaging.
- Place the returns slip inside the parcel or we will be unable to identify your order.

2. Return Shipping:
- For items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs for international returns.
- for change of mind or 'don't like' the items a standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund amount
3. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, follow the instructions provided to return the item.
Processing Timeline
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the issue. This process typically takes up to 7 business days.
- After inspection:
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Replacements or Exchanges: Shipped out as soon as the inspection is complete.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will include the cost of the item, a standard shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.
- International customers must cover the cost of return shipping for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, but we will cover shipping for the replacement item in these cases.
- Any items being returned must be done so with all included packaging.
