World Cup Competition Terms
WEDJ GOLF – "IF ENGLAND WIN THE WORLD CUP, WE'LL REFUND YOUR ORDER IN FULL" PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Wedj Golf ("Wedj Golf", "we", "our", or "us").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion applies to eligible orders placed between the start of England's opening match in the FIFA World Cup tournament and the final whistle of the FIFA World Cup Final ("Promotional Period").
Orders placed before or after the Promotional Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for this promotion:
Customers must be aged 18 years or over.
Customers must be residents of the United Kingdom.
Orders must be placed directly through the Wedj Golf website.
Orders must be paid for in full during the Promotional Period.
The promotion applies only to purchases made for personal use and not for resale.
4. Qualifying Event
A refund will only be issued if:
The England Men's National Football Team officially wins the FIFA World Cup tournament; and
England are officially declared FIFA World Cup Champions by FIFA.
If England do not win the FIFA World Cup, no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Amount
If England win the FIFA World Cup:
Eligible customers will receive a refund equal to the purchase price paid for qualifying products.
Refunds are capped at £1,000 per order.
Delivery and shipping charges are excluded from the refund.
Any discounts, promotional codes, gift cards, store credit, loyalty rewards or similar reductions applied to the order will reduce the refund value accordingly.
The refund amount will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued:
Within 7 days of England being officially confirmed as FIFA World Cup Champions.
Using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Where the original payment method is unavailable, Wedj Golf reserves the right to issue the refund by an alternative method.
No action is required from eligible customers to claim their refund.
7. Exclusions
The following purchases are excluded from this promotion:
Gift cards.
Shipping and delivery charges.
Cancelled orders.
Returned orders.
Refunded orders.
Trade, wholesale or business purchases.
Orders suspected of fraud, abuse or manipulation.
Purchases made through third-party retailers, stockists, marketplaces or resellers.
Orders where payment has not been successfully completed.
8. Returns and Cancellations
If an eligible order is returned, cancelled or refunded before England are officially confirmed as FIFA World Cup Champions, that order will cease to qualify for this promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
9. Fraud and Abuse
Wedj Golf reserves the right to:
Refuse any refund where fraud, abuse, manipulation or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
Cancel or refuse orders that are reasonably believed to be fraudulent.
Request additional information to verify eligibility.
Wedj Golf's decision regarding eligibility shall be final where fraud or abuse is suspected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedj Golf shall not be liable for:
Technical failures affecting the website or ordering process.
Delays caused by payment providers, banks or third-party service providers.
Any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in this promotion.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Tournament Changes
If the FIFA World Cup is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, suspended, materially altered, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond Wedj Golf's control, Wedj Golf reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.
Any such amendment, suspension or withdrawal will not affect the rights of customers who have already placed a qualifying order prior to the date of the change.
12. Promotion Amendments
Wedj Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws or regulations.
Prevent fraud or abuse.
Correct errors or omissions.
Reflect operational requirements beyond our reasonable control.
Any amendments will be published on the Wedj Golf website and will not adversely affect the rights of customers who have already placed a qualifying order.
13. General
This promotion cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other refund guarantee unless expressly stated.
Refund rights under this promotion are in addition to customers' statutory rights.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Independent Promotion Disclaimer
This promotion is operated solely by Wedj Golf and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, administered by, or associated with FIFA, The Football Association (FA), the England Men's National Football Team, or any other football governing body, tournament organiser, team, player, sponsor or associated organisation.
All trademarks, logos, team names and tournament names remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes where applicable.
The outcome of the FIFA World Cup is used only as the qualifying event for this promotional offer and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or commercial relationship between Wedj Golf and FIFA, The Football Association, or any related organisation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
